The band Subject Delta is thrilled to announce the release of their new EP, "Prototype," a work that challenges conventions and redefines the boundaries of contemporary hardcore and metalcore.

"Prototype" is an audacious mix of two-steps and breakdowns, hardcore vocals and rap, bass drops and riffs so deep they're barely perceptible. Lyrically, the EP navigates between heartbreak, anger, and pop culture that's too old to be relevant yet too young to evoke nostalgia. It's a potpourri of beatdown elements paired with nu-metal parts, all wrapped in a hardcore shell.

While it might sound like your classic modern hardcore band, Subject Delta stands out as the cream of the crop in the 'core' scene that no one ordered but everyone ends up swallowing anyway. Hailing from Hildesheim/Hanover, Germany, the band delivers DIY hardcore/metalcore, influenced by names such as Knocked Loose, Kublai Khan TX, Stray from the Path, and Alpha Wolf, but also by "smaller" bands like VexHC, Bitterwood, and Gaijin.

The Subject Delta lineup consists of: Timo Yalcin (Vocals), Timo Gusowski (Guitar), Maximilian Tontsch (Bass), and Lewin Kreipe (Drums).
