The energetic melodic punk rock GLAD WE MET has shared a new self entitled entitled album on all streaming platforms.
The band from Germany has been around since 2020, they are 4 guys from Tübingen, all of whom have previously been in other bands like; The low 4, The Renderings, Thunderspoon.
The new album was completely written, arranged, recorded by Glad We Met, and mixed and mastered by our guitarist Fabe Schaller in our own studio. Even the artwork comes from Jott, their singer and guitarist.
The album is about overcoming life crises, socially critical questions and political anti-fascist topics right up to an ode to the 90s. Influences are punks like the Ramones, Misfits, Adolescents and 90s and 00s punks like Rancid or also Hot Water Music, Turbonegro and Against me!.
