Formed in 1996 in the remote village of Arkhara, Amur Region, deep in Russia’s Far East, Autopsy Night stands as one of the most enduring and uncompromising death metal forces to emerge from the region. Since relocating to the Sakhalin Region in 2003, the band has continuously forged a brutal path defined by aggression, discipline, and unwavering dedication to extreme metal.
Across nearly three decades, Autopsy Night has built a reputation well beyond regional borders. In 2019, the band reached significant international milestones, performing as a special guest at Cannibal Corpse’s show in Serbia, appearing at the renowned Metaldays Festival in Slovenia, and embarking on a joint Siberian tour with Slaughter to Prevail—solidifying their standing within the global death metal community.
In 2024, Autopsy Night’s legacy was further cemented through their participation in “Necrosadist,” the solo album by Pat O’Brien (ex-Cannibal Corpse). This collaboration highlighted the band’s credibility and respect within the upper ranks of extreme metal musicianship.
To this day, Autopsy Night remains fiercely active on the live circuit. In cooperation with the concert agency More Fun Concerts, the band tours relentlessly across Russia, performing everywhere from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad, delivering raw, uncompromising death metal to audiences across vast territories.
With decades of experience, international recognition, and a tireless touring ethic, Autopsy Night continues to embody the true spirit of death metal—unyielding, aggressive, and forged in isolation.
