Violin-slinging rockers Positive Chaos are back with a powerful new single, “Bowl Me Over” — a hard-hitting track that continues to expand their genre-bending sound. Formed in 2005, the five-piece band has evolved into a shape-shifting collective of rock innovators, blending raw guitar energy with their trademark violin-driven edge.

Described as a “thumping driver” that explores themes of obsolescence and self-awareness, “Bowl Me Over” delivers massive guitars, driving rhythms, and a soaring violin solo that perfectly captures the band’s dynamic and inventive spirit. Fans of Failure and Chevelle will feel right at home in its heavy yet melodic atmosphere.

The single marks the third release leading up to Positive Chaos’s forthcoming album, Apprehensive Time Travelers Club: Arrivals — the second installment in their ambitious double record series, following Apprehensive Time Travelers Club: Departures (2020). Departures earned international attention, receiving airplay in over 20 countries, and the band is ready to build on that global momentum with Arrivals.

Since 2018, Positive Chaos has been collaborating with producer Stu Richardson (No Devotion, Thursday), forging a partnership that continues to shape the band’s evolving sonic identity. “Bowl Me Over” stands as another testament to that creative synergy — bold, emotional, and unapologetically unique.
