WAVEBOMB is a garage rock duo formed in 2019 that specializes in guitar-based alternative rock which balances punk artfulness with lo-fi sensibility. Their name originates as a rebellious act against being told not to make waves while growing up.

WAVEBOMB’s new single, "Save Yourself," is a visceral slice of garage rock reminiscent of Cleopatrick and DZ Deathrays. The track is about breaking free from the cage that Society put us in. “More and more people are becoming slaves of social media, with the need to share about a fake world they are living in. We want to encourage people to take a step back and get back their life into their own hands without being dictated by the media,” says guitarist and vocalist Anthony Cauvin

WAVEBOMB has released an infectiously fun, surreal accompanying music video for "Save Yourself" featuring an old man getting high to escape his bullying wife, who then appears in a surreal universe as a small crime boss. "We want to show that we can all behave like animals and even worse. Sometime we can find ways to escape our sad reality by taking drugs for example, but there is always a moment when we wake up and have to face the hard reality," explains the band.

Fans of garage rock like Cleopatrick, DZ Deathrays and Death From Above 1979 will love "Save Yourself" which is now streaming on Spotify and all major platforms.
